San Diego County to see Midweek Cool Down, Weekend Heat rebound ahead

A refreshing midweek chill is set to sweep through the area, with temperatures gradually declining from Wednesday to Friday, as reported by the National Weather Service.

Coastal regions are set to experience persistent night and morning low clouds extending into inland valleys. However, as the weekend approaches, these clouds are expected to become more patchy and less extensive due to a reduction in the marine layer.

A surge of high pressure moving in from the south is set to deliver a 5-degree increase in temperatures for the upcoming weekend.

Early next week, a gradual cooling trend is anticipated, as reported by the weather agency.
