Las Vegas, NV – A motorcyclist was killed in a single-vehicle crash Friday evening in the south Las Vegas valley, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

The incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. in the 7800 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard, near Robindale Road. Police said the motorcycle crashed for reasons still under investigation, and the rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
