On December 31, 2024, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department dispatched officers to Braeburn E Drive in response to a complaint of a domestic dispute between a male and female.
Officers discovered a woman who was visibly distressed and was reportedly sobbing hysterically while grasping for air. The woman was promptly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Cal had already departed the location.
The victim was contacted by the man at least five times on January 3, 2025, to enquire whether she was at work, according to court documents. The coworker did not affirm or deny whether the victim was at work because they believed the calls were threatening. He approached the victim as she exited the vehicle with a small child upon her return home.
The victim promptly dialled 911. He allegedly began to pummelled and strangle the woman a few moments later. According to reports, her young son implemented measures to safeguard his mother from the assault.
The victim was reported to have experienced redness on her body as a result of the assault, according to the officers.
This is a current investigation.
