The Altoona Police Department announced that four people were arrested after searching a house on 5th Avenue for drugs.
On Friday, June 13, Altoona police and Pennsylvania State Police executed a search warrant at a residence on 5th Avenue. During the search, authorities heard a collision and saw a man apparently attempting to leave the house through a second-story window. The man, later identified as Amir Carter, 21, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody without incident.
The other three suspects, Joseph Lojeski, 43, of Altoona, Eric Eberhart, 24, of Philadelphia, and Heather McConahy, 37, of Altoona, were also apprehended during the search.
While carrying out the search warrant, authorities allegedly discovered the following:

16 bricks of heroin, street value $8,200

20 grams of crack cocaine, valued at $2,000

78 grams of psychedelic mushrooms, valued at $1,500

All four are charged with various drug possession and conspiracy offences, including intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia. Police discovered that Eberhart had outstanding arrest warrants from Montgomery County.
All four were arraigned with the following bail amounts:
Carter and Eberhart both received a $400,000 cash bail and remain in Blair County Prison.
McConahy received a cash bail of $75,000 and will remain in the Blair County Prison.
Lojeski received a $75,000 unsecured bail and was released.
