Albuquerque Woman Arrested for Throwing Rocks at Pedestrians and Cars

According to court documents, a woman was apprehended by the Albuquerque Police for throwing rocks at individuals and moving cars in the vicinity of Central and Lomas.

Tracy Heller was reported to have thrown rocks that were “softball-sized” at two victims when officers were dispatched to the area on June 10.

As per court documents, a woman informed officers that Heller approached her on the sidewalk and threatened to cut her. He also threw a rock at her, but it missed her.

Another victim, a man, allegedly informed officers that he requested that Heller relocate in order to continue his employment with a local business. He also claimed that she threw a rock that was “the size of two softballs” at him, but it missed him once more.

Additionally, she is said to have thrown rocks at vehicles that were passing on Central Avenue.

Heller was arrested by the police and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Heller has a history of causing disturbances in the area, including yelling at people and throwing rocks, as indicated by the court documents.
